I’m Lyndie, founder of The Rolling Oat.
I am a certified running and nutrition coach, endurance athlete, and a lifelong lover of nature and wholesome food. My coaching is rooted in lived experience. Years spent running trails and roads. Learning through early mornings, long races, setbacks, recovery and how deeply proper nourishment impacts both performance and everyday life.
