Meet the Founder
Hi, my name is Lyndie, a lover of movement, nature and wholesome food.
As a long-distance runner and endurance athlete, I have spent years pushing my body to its limits. The early mornings, long training days, trail runs, races, and the constant pursuit of growth both mentally and physically. Years spent running roads and trails created a deep appreciation for simple, nourishing foods that support performance
For me, running has always been about more than pace or distance. It is about connection; to the earth, to community and to myself. Some of life’s most meaningful moments have come from time spent on the trails, around good food, and alongside people who share a passion for movement and wellness.
Built from a love of real, wholesome ingredients, quality coffee, endurance culture, and community. The Rolling Oat is my way of giving back to the community that has shaped so much of my life.
A place to slow down, fuel up, and keep moving forward.
Where it started
-
The Rolling Oat was built from the love of early mornings, long runs, strong coffee, and the belief that real food should support the way we move through life.
As a long-distance runner and active individual, oats is a staple in my everyday routine. Over time, oats became more than just an ingredient. They became a foundation for what The Rolling Oat represents: balance, movement and nourishment.
What started as a passion for endurance, recovery, and real ingredients became a space focused on fueling active lifestyles in a more intentional way.
The Rolling Oat is more than a food trailer. Whether it’s a post-run coffee, a recovery bowl after a race, or a quick stop before the next, I am here to help fuel the adventure.

I believe in keeping things simple, intentional, and real.
Oats are at the center of what I do because they are versatile, nourishing, and built for sustained energy and recovery. My offerings are designed to energize, nourish, and support movement without overcomplicating things.
Whether you’re training for a race, heading to work, or slowing down for a quiet morning, the goal is to create food and experiences that leave you feeling fueled, steady, and connected to your body.
